Tash Sultana warms up a chilly Wellington (photo essay)

After coming off tour around Australia, Tash Sultana jumped across to the ditch to perform in Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland. The 21-year old looping artist from Melbourne impressed the crowd with her beautiful voice and musical range.

Sultana’s brother, Josh Cashman, opened the night playing some favourites, such as “Wishful Imagery” and “Running”. Cashman’s performance was the perfect build up before Sultana jumped on stage.

Sultana’s energy and presence completely exhilarated the crowd, creating an atmosphere of perfection and making you fall in love with her all over again. Sultana teased the crowd with the introduction of her most popular song, “Jungle”, before she stripped back her voice and made an unforgettable memory for the audience.

It was just announced that Sultana is now due back to perform at Rhythm and Alps at the end of the year. Don’t miss out on this!
