If you’re lazying around on the weekend and excited to hear new albums before their official release dates next week, here are some you might wish to check out.

The great Americana, folk, blues singer-songwriter, Mary Gauthier, is releasing her 10th studio album, Trouble & Love. You can listen to it on CBC Music and NPR.

First Aid Kit, the indie-folk, sister duet from Sweden with the gorgeous voices and impeccable harmonies, are streaming their newest album, Stay Gold. The album is being streamed on CBC Music and NPR. Rich reviewed the album yesterday.

California’s Justin Vallesteros – a.k.a. Craft Spells – is releasing his second LP, Nausea, on Tuesday. It’s his first full-length since 2008’s Idle Labor, but he did release an EP in two years ago. The new album is on Pitchfork Advance. Review will be up on Wednesday.

San Francisco’s The Fresh & Onlys are releasing their 5th full-length, House of Spirits. The NY Times is streaming the new album, which you can find here. Review coming next week.

And last but certainly not least, Malajube’s frontman, Julien Mineau, will be releasing his splendid Fontarabie on Friday the 13th. You can stream the album on his website and his Bandcamp page (where you can also pre-order the album). Review coming on Monday.
