Axxa/Abraxas' New Video, "I Almost Fell"

Way back in January, Ben profiled Ben Asbury – a.k.a. Axxa/Abraxas – and his terrific debut album. Today, he released the video for the catchy “I Almost Fell”. The video is a trippy jaunt in the day of one man’s experience at a cult party. The video verges of David Lynch / David Cronenberg territory. The video isn’t exactly safe for work.

Axxa/Abraxas will be commencing a tour next month with fellow Captured Tracks label mates Beach Fossils and Heavenly Beat, and the shows should be fantastic. What a great lineup (too bad they’re coming up north!). Tour dates follow the video.
