Yesterday, Yeah Yeah Yeahs singer Karen O released a video for “Rapt”, the first track she’s shared from her upcoming solo debut Crush Songs. If the rest of the album is like “Rapt”, Crush Songs is a very fitting title. “Rapt” lyrically really does capture the feeling of a crush. It’s a lo-fi sounding song, but not in the way Fever To Tell is, it’s just Karen O and a guitar, with a little fuzz on the vocals. Check it out below, and preorder Crush Songs here.
