The O-Town Hoedown‘s 8th Annual Concert Series was formed in 2007 by Ottawa songwriter, musician and radio personality Lefty McRightly. The music festival starts on September 24th and runs until October 5th at various music venues throughout Ottawa.

Incorporating music from a cross-section of country-related genres including alt-country, honky tonk, bluegrass, rockabilly, roots rock and Americana, the festival has hosted over a hundred acts at dozens of venues in Ottawa.
The festival is a non-registered but not-for-profit, cooperative venture where all net proceeds go directly to the artists involved.
During the two week festival we’ll be hearing artists from Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto.
