Quarterbacks’ self-titled debut LP

by

New Paltz, NY punkers Quarterbacks are dropping one of the most fun listens you’ll hear all year on February 10. Quarterbacks’ debut self-titled LP is 19 tracks long, which sounds pretty epic, but the total run-time is barely over 22 minutes. It’s fun music played very quickly, but there is a depth to what they’re doing. The lyrics are unabashed and relatable; the guitar work is frenetic; and the drumming is impressive. It’s a great record to just turn on and tear through. It’s energetic pop/twee punk at its best. Check them out below, and remember to grab Quarterbacks on Tuesday on Team Love and Double Double Whammy.
