Feivel - "Already Standing"

“Already Standing” is the devastatingly beautiful, new single from Stockholm singer-songwriter Feivel. The track might remind you of the power of Chan Marshall (a.k.a. Cat Power) and the sonic landscapes of Lykke Li. “Already Standing” is one powerful track.

Feivel is the project of pianist Elin Hörberg, and she’s supported by Anton Jansson (guitar), Isa Savbrant (bass), Måns Wikenmo (drums), and Andrea Hatanmaa (vocals). The band has released a self-titled EP late in 2014, which contained four indie-pop and orchestral-pop songs, the best of which is the slow-building, euphoric “Fences”. Hear all four tracks below.
