With the their first single in some time, Oakland’s Tumbleweed Wanderers return with the slow-burning, garage-rock track, “Bad Blood”. It’s a moody, brilliant song that echoes of UK duo Drenge and a touch of The Black Keys when they were making gritty garage rock. It’s a slight departure for the band, who were more known for their folk-rock, such as on their EP Worn Down Welcome, which is below. The new sound is a most welcome change.

You can hear “Wait for You” and 19 other tracks on the April 3rd Edition of The Weekend Showcase , a collection of new music from indie bands that you should get to know.
