Day 2 was a more typical day at Bluesfest than Day 1. There were many different genres in play for you to choose from. The main stages featured quite a bit of country, including local rising star Kira Isabella and mega-star Jason Aldean. But if country was not your thing, there were plenty of options available amongst the other stages. I personally made it to quite a few stages to sample some acts, and two of them made our list of favourites.
I missed Charles Bradley the previous time he was at Bluesfest, but heard only good things about him. I did manage to catch him at other festivals twice in the past couple years, so I was very much looking forward to seeing him again. He certainly did not disappoint. The man is a natural performer.
