Today we have two great covers of classics that each artist has made their own. First up is Nashville duo MYZICA who tackles KISS’ “I Was Made For Loving You”. Pikachunes and AViVA take a different twist on the 1983 classic “Love Is A Battlefield” by Pat Benatar.

MYZICA takes the KISS tune and totally modernizes it for 2015 yet it still holds an 80s synth vibe. The cover track is airy with singer Isaaca Byrd’s vocals and brings an awesome pop spin to the classic.

Pikachunes aka New Zealand native Miles G. Loveless tackles the classic by 80s rock legend Pat Benatar. With a twist of off tempo symbols, beats and perfect vocals courtesy of Sydney songstress AViVA, he delivers up a new way to enjoy the 1983 original.
The track is at times quirky yet brilliant and has us noticing the talent of Mr. Loveless and we will be keeping tabs on future releases. You can even download the cover via soundcloud. Pikachunes is represented via Monday Records.
