Today for CoverBack Thursday is just had to be a cover by David Bowie. Here, he took “I Know It’s Gonna Happen Someday” by Morrissey and turned it into his own version. Both artists have taken turns covering each other’s songs with Morrissey taking on Bowie’s “Drive-In Saturday”. Bowie and Morrissey even joined together at one of Moz’s concerts in LA and they covered T-Rex’s “Cosmic Dancer”. This week hasn’t been easy dealing with the Starman no longer being on this earth with us, but luckily he has given us so much while he was here and we are thankful for that.
