Another week and another Weekend Showcase arrives, this time version 2.04, reviews the week that was in music, between February 1st to February 6th. There were some great albums that dropped this week with a couple being early contenders for album of the year. We premiered new music by two emerging acts. And of course, we featured at least 5 new songs a day.
All of this great music has been combined into our popular mega-playlist. It’s a great way to discover new artists and hear new music from familiar ones. This week’s Weekend Showcase features 52 songs from bands representing 9 countries, specifically Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, New Zealand, Senegal, Sweden, United Kingdom, and United States.
The tracklisting is at the very end. Click on the artist’s / band’s name to go to their Facebook page where you can follow or learn more about them. Happy Sunday and enjoy the playlist in your leisure time, doing chores, on a roadtrip, at work, or just idling the day away.
