2017 is half over, and the first six months of the year featured incredible music. This past week, though, was full of surprises and may have the best of the year. Reflecting how awesome the past seven days were, the Weekend Showcase 3.25 edition is the longest mega-playlist in our short history. It features 60 songs, although the final five are a 13-minute suite by the one band on the planet that could so something like that.
The 56 artists on the playlist are representing a record-setting 20 countries. They include: Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Japan, Latvia, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, Syria, and the United States.
The playlist and tracklisting, as usual, follows the list of articles from the past week.
Enjoy the great music and discover music’s hidden gems.
