Timing is everything. We are strong believers in this old adage. Whether it is meeting someone by chance or even planning when to have dinner, timing is important. In terms of music, the phrase applies in many ways, such as well-timed rhythms, a perfectly placed chorus, or that moment of euphoria that blows you away. With respect to Israeli electro-pop trio, ISADORA, they always deliver a gem just when we need a boost.

In January, they gave us a dose of warmth with the vibrant and shimmering “Let It Burn”. Back in June when the temperatures were rising, they offered the perfect tonic with the cool and breezy “Leave Me”. Today, they arrive with the perfect escape from the world’s chaos with the aptly titled, “P.O.M.” (short for “Peace of Mind”), which we are pleased to premiere today.

This song is groovy and sexy. It radiates with the dreamy buzz of a ’70s disco-pop gem while possessing the sensuality of the exclusive nightclubs in Paris, London, and New York. Frontwoman Isadora Kaufman’s vocals are dazzling, sucking us into her world. Meanwhile, her bandmates Dotan Moshanov and Yaron Goren provide the cool, sultry rhythms. Even though the song is just over three minutes, it will leave you rejuvenated and ready to take on the world. Or maybe it will make you want you to turn down the lights and dance the night away.

The SoundCloud and YouTube versions are below. Also included is their cover of Lady Gaga’s “Million Reasons”. It’s a really awesome rendition.

ISADORA are Isadora Kaufman (vocals/songwriting/composition), Dotan Moshanov (composition/keys/production), and Yaron Goren (drums/composition). Their debut EP should be coming soon. We hope so anyway.
