Twin brothers Joe and Luke McGarry make up Pop Noir and they are currently based in Los Angeles, but originally from Manchester UK. The pop duo are creating some great memorable tunes in the indie-electronic space.
Their newest track “Don’t Fool Yourself” is reminiscent of awesome 80s synth bands and has a definite New Order vibe going on.
