We’ve created about 200 playlists in our five-year existence. All of them are great, but if we’re honest there are some that are exceptional, and we continue to spin them. The Weekend Showcase 4.33 edition is one of those truly outstanding compilations, and trying to figure out the order was difficult. At least two dozen were considered to kick things off, and really one could just press shuffle and get a great mix. We tried to put together the best arrangement, although if you ask us tomorrow we would probably have different ideas on the order.

In the meantime, spin 48 songs on this week’s playlist. The artists and bands represent 13 countries. They include: Australia, Belarus, Canada, England, Finland, Japan, New Zealand, Russia, Scotland, South Africa, Sweden, Turkey, and the United States.

The playlist and tracklisting, as usual, follows the list of articles from the past week. The SoundCloud version has all the songs, although some may require a GO account, while the Spotify playlist has 47 songs.

Enjoy the great music and discover music’s hidden gems.
